Day 3: Short terms for this month and why

Okay, I have things I have to do this month, so this is not a difficult challenge! Here they are;

1. Practice for your performances in next month
2. Do your homework and don't skip classes
3. Try to write on the blog as much as possible
4. Make through this challenge
5. Work faithfully at the kindergartens
6. Be positive and don't stress :)
7. Meet your friends more often

So, I should tell you why I've chosen these ones. You see, I don't have so many big goals for this spring, so it feels very simple to choose to do my best in school and work. I only have about 6 weeks of school and work left for this spring and then it's summer! Yay :D

I will quit going to my flute lessons after this spring, so I only have weeks left to play flute with other musicians. I have to practise hard for the performances to show people that I can play these pieces of classical music.

It feels like I have plenty of time to be able to handle all these stuff at the same time, but sometimes it feels like too much. You know, I should be able to work at least two days a week, but lately I've only had time to work once a week. I feel disappointed in myself, but my parents reminds me to think that my studies are more important than this work. And I know it's true :)

That's one of the reasons I've not had the time to write on the blog, the lack of time, but I want to try to write more regularly and at the same time I would make through this challenge ;)

Last time I met a friend (outside school) was over a week ago... I should really have more time to meet my friends. Well, next week I have planned to meet one of my friends + on Friday it's my friends' birthday party. So there I have some things to look forward to! :)

Last but not least, I need to think positive and prevent stress!

Day 2: Something broken you wish you could fix

I know I have plenty of things that are somewhat broken, but what I first thouight of is a ring. I bought this ring (look at the picture) about 1,5 year ago in Munchen, Germany, when I was on a journey with my friends. I loved it so much! I would still use it, if it wouldn't be broken. The bow detached from the actual ring over a half year ago. If I find another ring that looks like this one, I'll buy it!

I still have the bow left, it makes me remember those good times :)

Day 1: The meaning behind your Blog name

This one is difficult...to write a good answer to, but I'll try! :)

My blog is called; "One Life Live It" and I chose to use that name, because I want to remember that there's just one life to live. I'm not a cat who has nine lives, hehe :D no, seriously, this blog feels almost like a diary to me, except that I don't write very personal things here, but this is a place where I can bring light to my every day life. I can write about things that happens in my life but also random things I want to share.

One day some time ago my best friend told me that I should remember that; "whatever happens to you, everything has its meaning, everything will be fine, but you just have to believe that something good is going to happen to yourself. Believe in that and it will be easier to move foreward." (That was an approximate translation from Swedish.) She meant that I should start living my life again. You know, I was depressed back then, but her words made me feel better. I had digged my hole for a while and now it was time to get up and form a new life, a better life. My friend wrote on my arm with a marker; "One Life Live It" and from that day it's been my motto. Those four words are so simple, but yet they mean so much to me, they made me feel stronger.

I want to show people that it's possible to change a life. I made it! I changed it to a better direction. I know there's much to make better, but I'm already proud of myself.

So, shortly said, I chose the name after the motto I have. There's one life to live and I want to make those days (and months and years and hours! :D ) to something I can be proud and happy about. Most of all, I want to enjoy life <3

Thanks to my friend E who especially was there and helped me with her wise words <3

Without water

This Easter holiday has been great, except for one little thing; WE HAVE NO WATER!!! Okay, fine, we have now, but we didn't have for about 7 hours ago. We can't get any water from the taps(=kranarna). There has been some kind of problem in the water system in our house and in the neighborhood. We had to buy water from the store and now we've gotten a big canister of (drinkable) water outside our house. It's for all the living people in this area who are in the need of water.

Well, now we have water in bottles, but we can't shower... o.O My mother said; "this is how it's in Africa" and yeah, it made me think of how natural it feels for us to have drinkable water every day, when others suffer because of the lack of water.

Fortunately we didn't have this problem yesterday, when we had guests eating here. What would they have thought, if we said we couldn't make dinner because of the water problem? Anyway, it was a good day with our guests, we even searched for Easter eggs in the (small) forest nearby and we found some too! :P Our parents had been there hiding them and then they said it was the Easter bunny which had actually hidden them. Haha, this is our family Easter tradition! :) Each child/adolescent got two eggs.

Anyway, I hope the water system problem gets a solution soon, because I want to shower before going to school in a couple of days!

30-day challenge!!!

Finally! I 've been thinking of starting this 30-day challenge for a while already. But there's always been some other things to write about. Now I think I have enough time to start "struggling" with writing good answers for you :P

This 30-day challenge is partially taken from other blogs, but some of the questions I've made up myself. (Because I'm not that fond of writing about me being a virgin or not. Hmmm.. interesting, I'm not going to answer on that one!)

Anyway, I have a life (and school, job + other stuff to do) so I won't have time to get this challenge through in 30-days, it will take over a month. And I know I sometimes want to write about my every day life, so don't expect me to just write answers to these questions.

Well, here's the list of questions I have to answer, in a way or another;

1. The meaning behind your Blog name

2. Something broken you wish you could fix.

3. Short term goals for this month and why.
4. Your favorite movie and why?
5. Something you’re proud of in the past few days.
6. Which pet would you most want to have?
7. A picture of something that makes you happy.
8. What makes you different from everyone else?
9. Something you crave for a lot.
10. What I would find in your bag.
11. Write about your favorite TV-series.
12. What is the best time of day?
13. Someone you would like to meet.
14. Which is the last movie you saw?
15.Write about your biggest fears.
16. Which was the first game you played as a kid?
17. What do you like to do on your spare time?
18. Which profession (work) would you like to try sometime?
19. Find a picture you think is really cute. Post it and explain why.
20. Post pictures of food/sweets you would like to have right now.
21. Write about an actor/ actress you would like to meet.
  22. Open the book you’re reading, on a random page. Take the first 5 nouns and write something about them.
23. Write about your future plans.
24. A place you would like to visit sometime.
25. Find and describe your clothes in your closet;
       A)     The most comfortable clothing
B)      The clothing you like most
    C)      The oldest clothing you own
26. A habit that you wish you didn’t have.
27. What would you take with you to a desert island? Name 3 ”things”.
28. Make some food you like, take a picture and post it here. Why did you choose this food?
29. If you could change something in the past, would you do it? What would you change?
30. In this past month, what have you learned?

Wish me good luck!

Greetings from Mallorca!

¡Hola! :)

Now I've come home from my jouney to Mallorca with my dear friends. We came with a flight last night, I was 03.15 a.m. at home. Sadly, my family were asleep, but my mom woke up and hugged me, before going to sleep again. I wanted to tell her so much of what I've been going through the last week, but yeah, it's okay. Today, instead, I've been babbling about the trip what seems like forever :D

Over a week ago I packed my luggage and  most of all I tried to get everything to fit into one (big) suitcase. It was hard, but hey I made it! On the other hand, yesterday, I had a hard time trying to get all my stuff I've been shopping to fit into the same suitcase. I had to ask my friend to take some of my stuff to her suitcase, because otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the stuff home.

In a week me and me three friends; H.Wa, S and H.Wi, have had plenty to do.We have enjoyed the sunny, warm weather and the freedom without parents, which meant we had to make our food ourselves. But on the other hand we could decide what to do every day and when we wanted to go asleep. Shortly said; we've visited many small villages, beaches, a big cave, La Palma (the biggest city on the Island). We have also been hiking, shopping (a lot) and taking many pictures. We didn't come to Mallorca to lie on the beach, so I didn't get tan :( but I wasn't the only one!

This holiday has been wonderful and the company was great! Thank you sweeties! <3 :) Special thanks to H.Wa. and her family! :)

I miss Mallorca, but at the same time, I love being home again. Home sweet home <3

And by the way; Happy Easter! I'm going to spend it at home with my family. I'm going to download some pics from Mallorca, but I'm doing it later. Have a good time, enjoy the Easter holidays! :)
